Visiting TRA in Dublin, Ireland this week. Giving a presentation, presenting a poster and enjoying the best invention of Dublin.

Today Minfei Liang defended his PhD thesis with the tile "Stress Evolution in Early-Age Cementitious Materials Considering Autogenous Deformation and Creep; New Experimental and Modelling Techniques". The Dr-titel is well deserved.

Recycling Workshop

On February 14 we had a workshop on "Recycling of Concrete". The event was organised by Marija Nedeljkovic on the last day she worked at TU-Delft. From today you can find her at Rijkswaterstaat dealing with the wellbeing of all concrete structures owned by the Dutch government. The workshop was held in one of the oldest (1903) lecture halls that we still have on our campus. We had about 50 participants in the room and another 50 joining online.
